SnK - The Same Level (LevixReader) Pt.1

(y/n) (l/n). She was born with the price of her mother's life and is left with her father. She grew up to be somewhat tomboyish, without her mother around, she didn't know what was the difference on the doings of the guys and the girls. Her father didn't mind it since she's fine with it and that she's happy. He took care of her in the moment she was born until she was at least 15 years old.

She was in the Scouting Legion by then and was one of the youngest trainees to have accomplished the title 'Soldier'. Why? Because she was advanced by Shadis (104th trainee instructor). He thought that she had the potential to follow humanity's strongest soldier; namely, Levi. She was on top of her class, she wasn't even trying hard at all. She was just doing what's necessary.

In the first few days of her arriving at the Scouting Legion HQ, she was quiet and wouldn't even talk to anyone unless she thinks it's worth it. Everyone thought that she would just be another soldier lying lifeless on the battlefield, but once she was put into action, they're mouths gaped open. Erwin Smith asked her if she would like to show them what she was capable of and with no hesitations, she borrowed a set of 3DMG and they all went to the forest nearby. There, there were set a number of fake titans, similar to the ones back at the training camp.

There she stood on a nearby branch while the others were standing on an elevated platform. (y/n) was waiting for Erwin's signal, but before Erwin could even say a word, someone else came into the scene.

"What are you all doing out here?" said a low, cold tone. That of a man.

A little pissed, (y/n) turned around and set her eyes on a particular man. The man had jet black hair, pale skin tone and he's rather short. Judging by her observation, he was shorter than her. At this time, she had no idea who she was eying so she just spoke out loud. "Why would you care?" she said, she made sure everyone heard it. (y/n) recieved gasps from the other soldiers, then the man looked up. His blue-grey eyes engaging with (e/c) ones. It took them a few minutes of staring into each other, neither one wanted to gave in until the man gave out a low chuckle.

"Not bad, brat." he said, maintaining his bored expression. "Proceed on whatever shit you were doing."

Ignoring the other's reactions, (y/n) gave the raven a last glance and presumed her position on the branch. "Go!" Erwin shouted a few seconds later, triggering the (h/c) haired girl to quickly use her 3DMG, making her way to get to the fake titans with a rather fast speed. No one expected her to go that fast, which made they're jaw drop. They're mouths opened wider as they watched how (y/n) almost sliced off the fake titans' head. Levi watched with interest while still wearing the same  bored expression.

A minute or two later, (y/c) returned to the same branch she started at, wearing the same bored expression as the Corporal as to mock him. "Good job, Cadet (l/n)." Erwin said with a small smile plastered on his face. He started to walk back to the HQ and the other soldiers followed, but one didn't. (y/n) went on the same platform as the others did, walking past the raven but was stopped half-way. She looked back and saw that the raven grabbed her arm. She furrowed her eyebrows.

"What do you need now?" she scoffed.

"Tch, recruits these days don't have any respect to they're superiors. Mostly at they're Lance Corporal." he replied coldly.

(y/n) sloppily saluted with a straight face as if she was forced to do the action. "Happy?"

"Know your limit, cadet. You know I have the power to-" the Corporal was cut off by (y/n) speaking once again.

"-To remove me from the Scouting Legion? Hmp, go ahead and try. All I care about is getting out these stupid walls and kill all those monsters." she said, walking away. This time, the Corporal didn't stop her, he didn't think it was necessary anymore.
